RISCK Solutions is a professional company providing Call Centre Services, Medical Screening and Pre-Travel Medical Screening. It was initially established to provide services to travel and health insurance companies as well as private and corporate policyholders.

Our telephone lines are open between 09:00h and 17:30h, from Monday to Friday, between 09:00h and 17:00 on Saturdays and between 10:00h and 16:00h on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

RISCK Solutions Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Based in Bristol, we currently operate a call centre with over 30 operators, utilising the latest technology and call management software currently handling in excess of 150,000 calls per year.
